Congressman Andrew Garbarino held a joint press conference with John Catsimatidis, CEO of United Refining Company, in New York City to discuss the cyberattack that shut down the pipeline that supplies 45 percent of the fuel on the east coast.
The largest pipeline in the United States, the Colonial Pipeline, has been targeted by a cyber-attack which has resulted in the shutdown of the 5,500 miles of pipeline from Texas to New York responsible for the transport of 45 percent of the East Coast’s fuel supplies.
