Constituent Services
I know how frustrating dealing with bureaucracy can be. That is why I have an entire team dedicated to helping constituents get what they need from the federal government. If you need help dealing with a federal agency, complete this form and my team will get to work right away on your case.

A veteran from Massapequa recently passed away, and his family was unable to locate his DD214, the document required to confirm eligibility for burial in a VA national cemetery. The veteran's son contacted my office on Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday morning, my casework team had secured the necessary forms.
A Massapequa resident had been waiting for her tax return from the IRS since March, but they remained outstanding for months. Once she contacted my office in early September, my casework team was able to help the constituent get her refund released by working with a taxpayer advocate.
A Brightwaters resident contacted my office regarding a situation she was experiencing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). For tax years 2017 - 2019 she was due refunds and didn't submit her returns right away because she understood she had up to 3 years to file returns when a refund is due. In April 2021 she filed all past year returns but was having trouble receiving her returns.
A Medicare provider for over 25 years who sees a large population of elderly patients and veterans recently moved office locations from Babylon to East Islip. While in the process of updating their information with Medicare they were disenrolled from Medicare and had office billing privileges deactivated and were unable to see patients who needed them.
