This week I was able to help four French firefighters secure approval to attend a 9/11 memorial walk in honor of the Long Island firefighters who gave their lives. Recently, there has been much confusion related to travel and renewing passports. My casework team was able to help several constituents receive clarity on whether or not they could travel to their desired destination with their current passport. In one case, a constituent saw a wide range of answers on the internet so she came to us to clarify which answer was correct.
