In advance of the 24th Anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Congressman Andrew R. Garbarino (R-NY-02), Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, reintroduced his House Resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that all 50 States should include the events of the September 11th terrorist attacks in their curriculum.
