Garbarino Expresses Support For Access To IVF

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Following an Alabama Supreme Court ruling that called into question the continued availability of in vitro fertilization, or IVF treatments, Congressman Andrew R. Garbarino (R-NY-02) issued a statement in support of the procedure:

“I strongly support preserving the availability of IVF, which has been a lifeline to countless Americans seeking to start and grow their families. I have close personal friends who have struggled with infertility and were able to become parents because of this vital medical treatment. Access to IVF should not be limited - it is a matter of compassion and supporting American families.”
