News 12 Long Island: Power & Politics: Rep. Garbarino on SALT, Trump policies; LIPA's new CEO

Rep. Andrew Garbarino, the new chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, joins Rich Barrabi for his first one-on-one interview since taking on the new role.

 

Also, the Long Island Power Authority has a new chief executive officer. Carrie Meek Gallagher was most recently the director of the Long Island office for the state Department of Public Service where she led the regional regulatory oversight of LIPA and PSEG Long Island.
