Garbarino Secures Widow’s Benefits for Constituent

A constituent reached out to my casework team after facing challenges obtaining her Social Security widow’s benefits. My team intervened and worked directly with the Social Security Administration to resolve the issue. As a result, the constituent was approved for her monthly widow’s benefit, in addition to her existing retirement benefit, and will receive retroactive payments covering the months she was owed.
