After two years of challenges with package deliveries, a constituent reached out to my office for assistance. My casework team immediately engaged with USPS and worked to find a solution. Following an investigation and direct coordination with local management, the Patchogue Post Office agreed to accommodate the constituent by ensuring packages are delivered appropriately.
