Garbarino Helps Constituent Access Late Husband’s Social Security Benefit

A constituent came to my office after her husband passed away asking for help dealing with the Social Security Administration (SSA). She was unable to get access to his SSA benefits that she was entitled to, but my casework team contacted SSA and was able to get her the benefits she needed. Losing a loved one is the worst thing imaginable and the last think she should have to deal with is federal bureaucracy.
