Garbarino Assists NY-02 Student Stranded in Scotland

While traveling in Scotland, a college student from NY-02 lost her passport and reached out to my office for help. Working with the U.S. consulate, my casework team secured an earlier appointment for her. Today, she received her new passport — just in time to complete her travel itinerary.
